About the hotel:
loved this hotel. Had a executive suite for 1 month. The service was superb, the staff was so friendly, everything was nice and clean, included the pool.Have already booked this hotel again, and looking forward to com back.

I don t know what s happen? I check in on Dec18,2009 but staff of hotel told me that they didn t receive my booking from agency. I took 10 - 15 mins for waiting.

About the hotel:
the property is well located and has good decor. The service from some staff in the restaurant is excellent and friendly. The room service (house keeping) has a policy of providing only 2 sachets of tea/coffee and nothing more even if willing to pay. I was asked to go any buy from 7/11 if I needed more. Not sure if it is a big deal, but small things can leave a big impact on some customers.

Sawadee as always is very helpful...I did this booking last minute and sawadee too all efforts to help me find a hotel in less than 30 minutes on a saturday. Thanks and keep up the good service

About the hotel:
Clean room, we stayed to 4th floor in a superior room seaview. Those seaview rooms have communicating doors! We were woke up by very noisy people next our room at 01:am. Which got fun to slam the communicating door. I had to inform staff about those people with no manners 2 times before they decide to send security staff to tell to those (...) to be quiet. We could starting sleeping again at 02:00am. Others rooms with twin beds have no communicating doors.

My booking was not listed on their checking list. I had to wait 10 mins before obtaining my E.key.

WOW, My Thai G/F and I stayed only 3 nights at this hotel, but i would reccomend anytime this place. We had a Deluxe room on the 11th Floor and the room was great and large. FANTASTIC VIEW facing the ocean and Pattaya City. Very nice breakfast with all kind of foods. Really enjoyed that place. Thank you D-BEACH Hotel.

About the hotel:
This hotel is quite new, and all my friends who were staying there really liked their rooms. I had an executive quite, which was very nice, although the layout was a little odd. The bathroom is very large, with separate shower and tub. The rain shower seemed to have been installed wrong, but that was the only problem with the room. Breakfast was okay. The hotel seems to be meant to be family friendly, with a large kids pool and other distractions.

A comfortable well located hotel opposite the beach. The rooms are a nice size and have everything you need. Soi 6 (one street away isn t particularly pleasant though). The breakfasts are fine and alot of variety. Staff are extremetly polite and friendly. Drinks and food hotel reasonable prices for a hotel.
