This was the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. We had a fantastic time once again. The rooms were great,spotless and well-appointed. The staff were wonderful,very friendly and courteous. The amenities were great. A special thank you goes to Noel,the guest relations manager,he was exemplary.

Nice hotel, good for family, clean and nice stuff. Reasonable price for the hotel in Pattaya with the seaside. And very good breakfast!!!!. But rare parking, and we had a bad news for their misunderstanding for the mail that we had booked 2 president suits for a night but they thinked that we booked 1 president suit for 2 nights but as their stuff was very nice. They took action in at once and we accepted their apologize anyway. If without their misunstanding, I would give them 9/10 but I gave them 8/10

Our hotel has eight floors with 103 rooms and 3 buildings, provides impressive lobby, rambling Balinese gardens, an ocean and pool views. Hotel has an enormous outdoor pool with Jacuzzi. Altogether with 24 suites and 79 studio type of rooms adjacent rooms are also obtainable. All of the rooms have a lanai with comfortable lazy chairs and mostly of the rooms is sea view. Hotel built in a tropical boutique resort style joint with serviced apartment that makes you feel like it is a world away. Every roomy guest rooms combine stylish Thai furnishings with a modern western flair, offering the final in style and comfort with the services (microwave, oven, cutlery, refrigerator, etc.).
